Northgate Terrace
Located in North Knoxville off Broadway, Northgate Terrace is a community, standing 14 stories tall, exclusively for seniors.
The Exterior LED Lighting Retrofit included: replacement of HID Parking Lot Bulbs with LED Corn Lamps, HID Flood Light Fixtures, Courtyard Pole Top Area Lights, Wall Pack Fixtures, and Entryway Canopy Fixtures.
Northgate will benefit from the 73% energy savings, in exterior lighting. The total fixture wattage was reduced from the traditional lighting with over 7,000 watts used to the total LED usage of only 1,895 watts..
This is estimated to be an annual savings of approximately 30,000 kWh.
